This book covers accounting syllabi of MBA, M.Com for number of institutions and universities. It has been divided into chapters as required by syllabi and all chapters are in sequence so that learning from a chapter could be easily used in understanding the succeeding chapter. For better conception chapters have been placed in such a manner that it making financial statements, chapters 5 to 7 explain as how to analyse these financial statements using tools like ratios and cash flow statement and chapter 8 to 11 explain managerial accounting which helping taking managerial decisions using the basics of accounting discussed in previous chapters.
