"At this time when there is a debate in India on the review of the Indian Constitution, we have to take into account the views of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Chief architect of the Indian Constitution. He was a great scholar and a renowned social reformist. He was a great visionary of new social order and eminent constitutionalist.
