Many of them are internationally reputed while the others are young budding geographers. The articles covers a wide field of geomorphology and environment. The papers have been categorized into three subsections. The first section is applied geomorphology which contains 19 articles and covers glacial, fluvial, Aeolian, coastal, mountain and gully landscapes, extreme events as well as hydrological aspects. Theoretical geomorphology has been put in the second section which contains 2 articles on cyclic concept and complexity in geomorphology. The third and last section is on environmental issues which includes 13 articles covering flood hazard, geoinformatics for environmental justice, wetland, biodiversity, transport, tourism, EIA etc."
