It is found in ocean, river lakes, ponds, ice field etc. Water is the best of all free gifts of nature and it is a divine drink, essential for sustaining life. More than 97% of the earth surface is covered by water and most of the animals and plants have 60-65% of water in their body. As a substance, water is colourless, odorless and tasteless, yet it plays an important role for survival of the mankind as well as their economic development.
It is free gift of nature but it needs better management. For its effective management new technology must be used. For managing water in proper way a farmer can maximize productivity by minimizing water wastage.
Water is life. It plays vital role for overall development of mankind, plants agriculture and what not? So it need due consideration and need suitable management to overcome the scarcity of water.
