From the Preface: "The present volume is the second in a planned series of short works on the different temples and hermitages of the Khumbu area. It contains the translation of a short Tibetan history of the Gompa and the lineage Lamas compiled by the present Kyarog Lama Tgawang Tsultrim on the basis of various short writings of his grandfather Lama Tenzin (1919-97), as well as a description of the temple and the religious activities that take place at Kyarog."
