Twenty first century has taught us a lesson that there is no place for the word ‘impossible’ in modern world. We have developed our skills so efficiently that we are in a position of challenging the almighty God, but all of its results are not good for mankind. The new age consumer oriented researches and developments have converted the man into a machine.

Now, in the outskirts of New Millennium, there are so many challenges before mankind such as  - whether man will be the super power of the world or machine will take his place and man will become slave of these machines? Will super technology get an autonomous shape? Will the man be able to live in space? Will the traditional nation state theory remain relevant? Will the state agencies be privatized? Will we find a new world organization in place of United Nations? Will Unipolar World system collapse and some new regional superpowers like India and China take lead? These are the few questions, raised in this book, which present century certainly has to face and try to seek their answers as well.(jacket)
