"There is great need for adult education in the modern world. This is also true that adult learning methods would be different from teaching methods for school children. In fact adults of all kinds need continuous learning because the working skills and amount of knowledge are rapidly changing and increasing. During the last century and quantum of knowledge increased 200% and in the contemporary world the addition of new knowledge is tremendous. In view of this for teaching adults more and more use of educational technology has to be made. Apart from the conventional use of radio, television and films and machines, now the use of computer and satellite has become very essential. Apart from this, teachers for adults also need to be given specialized training for educating the adults.
