"This book is the outcome of author\'s curiosity and inspiration to ascertain the role and performance of Village Education Committees due to Constitutional (93 Amendment) Bill recently passed by Indian Parliament for making free and compulsory, education a fundamental right for all children in the age group of 6-14 years.
