From the foreword, In a simplified way, conflict is defined as disagreement through which the parties involved perceive a threat to their needs, interests or concerns and it is resolved when some mutually compatible set of action is worked out.
When we talk about peace, it needs to be redefined for Nepal. It is not the peace as defined in traditional form that we are looking for. We are longing for the peace where the Nepali people could live in security plan for the future on their own and decide their own destiny.
