The book is edited version of the papers collected from various scholars of the legal fraternity. The issues relating to corporate law and its governance are relevant not only on national level but international level also. Generally people run their business through firm to get more benefits where the liability of the partners is limited but in recent development the concept of limited liability partnership also got place in the market. Consumers are the main players of market and their interest should be protected. Apart from this, the liability of corporate whether it is civil or criminal should be fixed because corporate responsibility is an important issue in present scenario.

Not only this, the corporates are least bothered about human rights of the people also, that is why the demand of corporate social responsibility is there in the society. These all issues are discussed in the book.
