State policy framework and entrepreneurship covers the role of micro-finance in growth and performance of entrepreneurship in India, venture capital, recession and various entrepreneurship challenges in the present scenario. The paper presented by contributors revealed a shared vision of entrepreneurial environment as envisaged by policy makers, national planners and management experts and managers so that they think more creativity during a recession because circumstances force them to and look for new ways to cut costs, and explore new directions.
Role and responsibilities of entrepreneurs involves the discussion on social entrepreneurship, attitude of young management graduates towards entrepreneurship. The Discussion suggested that social entrepreneurship propagate to solution and persuade the whole society to adopt for creating business models which led low cost products and services to resolve social inequities and achieve environmental goals for a good cause.
