This book is mainly concerned with flowering plants of Dr. Y S Parmar University Campus, which covers 113 families (Dicot- 96 and Monocot-17), 402 genera (Dicot-351 and Monocot- 51) and 628 species (Dicot-553 and Monocot- 75), including cultivated species of horticulture, ornamental and medicinal values, and avenue trees. This book aims to serve as an authentic identification manual of the campus flora of the faculties, researchers and students of the university and other allied universities, colleges, forest departments, environmentalists in Himachal Pradesh, who are engaged in plant research and conservation.
