Globalization indicates the movement towards the international integration of national economies. Globalization embodies integration of international markets for goods services, technology, finance and to some extent labour. The present study is intended to measure the impact of globalization on industrial relations. The very word globalization which according to my opinion gained much more importance after the collapse of socialistic block. The unipolar world under the leadership of U.S.A. has prompted our government to go for its New measures if any, for establishing harmonious industrial relationship in the tea industries for its overall growth and development.
