"The main objective of Sports, and Yoga are mainly to keep human fit and healthy. The present volume of book "History of Physical Education" consists of ten chapters. The first, second and third chapters have devoted to theory and definition with historical background of the Physical education and other chapters are related with the sports and Indian Yoga. The conclusion of the book has summarised in the last chapter named the future of games and sports in twentieths century. The success of the book depends on the need and fulfillness of the requirements of the readers."
