This voluminous work consists of two parts and four cascades divided into sixteen sections symbolising Purusottama Kalamala:

Part I: Prasastinirjhari Panegyricon, Cascade I: Vedas, epics, Puranas. Cascade II: Sastric and Sanskrit studies. Cascade III: Sixty four arts. Cascade IV: Technical sciences.

Part I is a panegyricon comprising thirty six eulogical and laudatory poems, memoirs  and tributes by renowned poets, scholars and friends showered upon Acharya J.S. Kulshreshtha. These compositions bring out several characteristics of his personality and his contribution to the field of Sanskrit, Indian music and musicology.

This volume Jagadisayasolaksmih comprises a beautiful garland a vaijayantimala of sixty-four flowers in the form of sixty-four learned papers on Sanskrit and Indology by renowned Sanskritists and Indologists, many of whom are presidents Awardees, former Vice-chancellors and celebrities of the Sanskrit world, covering diverse aspects of Indology.
