This study discusses various aspects of function and interrelated system approach and consider every interaction between the various elements of organization. Dr. Rangnathan says that every change is a development. But it needs initiative, zeal, capability, appreciation, knowledge and the system approach.
In this study the TQM has been discussed with the view to evaluate a library and the approach for betterment for its maximum exploration by the community.
