"This book titled "NGOs as Prime Movers: Sectoral Action for Social Development" talks about the role of voluntary organisation in various sectors of social development. Major sectors which have been elaborated upon include: Human Resource Development (HRD); Poverty Eradication; Health Care; Environmental Protection; and Human Rights with special focus on women and child.
