People particularly belongs to developing countries still rely on raw plant products for the remedy of various ailments. The book “Plants of Medicinal Properties” deals with 37 trees, 19 shrubs, 48 herbs, 30 creepers and 18 bulbous/rhizomatous plants. A short morphological description  and their uses were described in the book. Readers will be enriched by knowing the importance of plants specially on less known plants. It will further enhance the importance of medicinal plants in making them available for common good of the people in the achievement of good and healthy life.
