"Dalit Rights are specific rights but not under rights or exceptional rights or unreasonable rights seen in anyway or any manner. These dont make the citizens any special superior or end its team with any extraordinary rights. They are then rights which are due to them as human beings but denied historically over the ages and millenniums. And many of different times and difficult occasional. There has been effort to touch almost all the aspects pertaining to Dalits rights in an inclusive way." (jacket)
