The volume opens with a garland of twelve poetic panegyric compositions in Sanskrit by renowned poets like Prof. V. Kutumba Sastry,. Prof. Rajendra Mishra, Prof. Harekrishna Satapathy, Prof. Kishore Chandra Mohapatra, and others offering their felicitations to Justice Misraji. Then follows the floral bunch of four memoirs and tributes by eminent scholars, friends and admirers having deep reverence and devotion to Hon\'ble Misraji like Prof. Ramaranjan Mukherji, Prof. Shridhar Vasishtha and others. These sixteen poetic compositions, memoirs and felicitations followed by a brief biographical sketch bring out several characteristics of his personality and his contribution to the field of law Sanskrit and Indology and knowledge and learning."
