The book is the outcome of several years of surveying work followed by many years of teaching and practical instruction on surveying to agricultural students.
As a result of rich experience the authors produced a serviceable book not merely for students but for agriculturist in general.
The illustrations have been carefully prepared so as to enable the readers to grasp more quickly the principles explained in the text. At the end of most chapters students will found examples. These should be worked out as a text for the students. (jacket)
